AESA completed construction of a Low-pressure Gas Compression Plant in Loma de la Yegua Oilfield, Aguada San Roque, Province of Neuquén, for Total Austral S.A.
The Project included the following stages:
Basic Engineering Consistency Check
Execution of Detail Engineering
Supplies
Equipment fabrication, Transportation and Assembly
Plant Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
During the last stage of Project execution, camp and offices were located at worksite.
Highlights of the project: the plant feeds the mid-pressure stage. The capacity of the new Low-pressure Plant is 7 million m3 at 10º C, to be compressed from 15 bar to 36 bar. The plant operates on three possible inputs: a) gases from batteries 3 and 4; b) gases discarded by Mid-pressure Plant; and c) gases formed at the OTU (Oil Treatment Unit). |
