Pantograph (Oxygen cutting and Plasma cutting)

The equipment is intended for automatic cutting and beveling of metal sheets, up to 200 mm maximum thickness, depending upon the process used, either oxygen or plasma cutting. Besides, it allows for automating design and identification of the parts cut.
Machining Center
Brand: Quickmill - Origin: Canada
Investment: U$S 750,000
Large-sized, gantry-design equipment for machining and boring heavy components; its robust construction contributes the strength and stiffness required for service. Total weight is 45 ton.
Shotblasting and Painting
Investment: U$S 870,000
An industrial bay, 900 m2 of building space (60 x 15 m), 6 m free under travelling crane's hook
installed on a concrete floor, 3,600 m2, hoisting capacity 30 ton.
Submerged Arc Welding
Brand: Lincoln Electric - Origin: USA
Investment: U$S 410,000
Two automatic submerged arc welding sets of equipment, mounted on two boom columns specifically designed for welding Pandjiris brand pressure vessels.
Orbital Welder system
Brand: Arc-Machines - Origin: USA

The machine allows fully automatic tube-to-tube and tube-to-tubular-plates welding.

Investments in infrastructure works carried out to expand the plant's operative
