AESA (A-Evangelista S.A.) completed the expansion/adjustment/fitting works in the compression and auxiliary services facilities of El Portón EU, province of Neuquén, for Repsol YPF Argentina Oeste Business Unit (UNAO).

The Project, executed according to the scope defined in the agreement, entailed fixed unit prices and variable quantities according to project; AESA was in charge of the following tasks:

• Precast of structures, piping and load-bearing blocks.
• Mechanical assembly.
• Electric connections.
• Instrument mounting.
•Start-up assistance.

Project execution required approximately 100,000 man hours. It is worth mentioning that the project was completed within our client’s four-month schedule, and fully complying with both international and RepsolYPF group quality, safety and environmental standards.

We may highlight significant project data such as: Assembly of 4 compressors, 65 Ton each (two 650- HP and two 600-HP compressors).

• Assembly of 4 tanks (2 of them manufactured by AESA).
• Assembly of 1 air compressor and 4 small drainage pumps.
• Precast and assembly of 12,700 inches of piping.
• 20,000 kg of medium load-bearing blocks.
• 3,500 m2 of paint for piping.
• 13,000 m of cables were laid and 200 instruments were mounted.
• 40 m3 of reinforced concrete.
