AESA is specialized in the construction of modularized plants. Each process module performs part of the plant global processes, allowing to dramatically reduce the time needed for on-site assembly. The size of our facilities allows us to assembly the modules, recreating the entire plant in order to adjust all the pipes interconnecting them.
The plant design is carried out through 3D models presenting all the equipment and the mechanic, electric and data interconnections in order to prevent any interference. Detail engineering is done based on these models. The modules are shipped completely assembled, tested and pre-commissioned, ready for the installation in the final location.
