AESA Sourcing Department has as its main goal delivering the supplies, materials and services in due time and manner, meeting the requirements from our three business units and from our customers.

To accomplish that, we have professional and qualified staff that handle all the orders trying to get added-value products and services that meet the standards and contract requirements.

We buy from high-level local and international vendors, developing sound and long-term relationships with them, by building strategic alliances.

We know our decisions have a direct impact on the costs and terms of each project, so we are strongly committed to give our best in order to meet the terms and the budgets each business unit has.

AESA has a sector specialized in Foreign Trade within the Sourcing Department. This area handles imports and exports of supplies we use in order to do business as well as the equipment and process modules we manufacture.

Our staff's expertise ensures our customer they will have all the necessary documents for customs procedures. We support our customers even after the shipping, until we make sure of the dispatch and tracking of the material to be delivered.

Thus, we ensure our products are delivered in duly time and manner in any part of the world, complying with all the national and international Customs requirements and with FAO ISPM-15 standard (packaging handling).

Furthermore, we have entered into agreements with the main forwarders operating from Argentina, who have the best freight alternatives in terms both of time and costs.
